Furthermore included in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different sections of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
